We are a small family run building and development company, specialising in the building of substantial, high quality, value for money family homes in and around Ceredigion. We employ local, skilled craftsmen to ensure that every quality home that we build is finished to the highest standard. When you begin the process of purchasing an Inspiration Home, you will be given a contact number so that you can speak directly to the company owners. This enables you to discuss any possible changes that you may wish to make to the construction of your home, such as upgrading your tiling or sanitary ware. We are small enough to be flexible but large enough to negotiate trade discounts on your behalf.

Where possible, we give you the opportunity to buy your new Inspiration Home off plan. This allows you to take advantage of an agreed, fixed pre-construction price (house prices invariable rise during the construction phase due to inflation) and also allows you to choose any extras that you may require before construction is commenced, e.g. a conservatory, landscaping requirements etc.
